Meadow was built by its founder and owner, Alivia Parrish. She is a PCOS patient and mom whose own search for answers shaped the mission. Alivia leads Meadow; clinical care will be provided by appropriately qualified and licensed nurse practitioners when enrollment opens.
I have PCOS, and I know how frustrating it can be to feel that your symptoms and your experience aren’t being understood. I was dealing with weight changes, acne, exhaustion, and brain fog while trying to figure out what was happening in my own body.
I had tried different approaches and still felt like I was the one trying to connect all the pieces. I wanted someone to take the time to listen and help me understand the bigger picture.
When my hormones and metabolic health were considered more closely, I began to see patterns and had a plan that felt more individualized. That experience helped shape why I created Meadow.
My hope is that women who come to Meadow feel heard, respected, and involved in their care, with time to ask questions and understand the next steps.
