Meadow was built by Alivia Parrish — a former registered nurse, PCOS patient, and mom. Not a tech company. Not a prescription mill. A woman who found real answers and built a platform to help others find them too.

Meadow is a PCOS-specialized telehealth practice. We're new — built by a woman with PCOS who couldn't find a provider who actually dug into the root cause. We start with comprehensive hormone testing, including a DUTCH test, and build a personalized care plan from your actual results. For some women that includes GLP-1 medication. For others it doesn't. Either way you leave with a real plan.
We're honest about being new because you deserve honesty — especially from a healthcare company. But here's who's behind it: Alivia Parrish, our founder, spent years struggling with PCOS. Dismissed by providers, wasted money, no real answers. It wasn't until she found a specialist who took a root-cause approach — including a GI Map and comprehensive hormone testing — that everything changed. She lost weight, cleared her acne, got her energy back, improved her digestion, and shortly after became pregnant and had a healthy baby. She's now the mom of a thriving eight-month-old baby girl named Allison.

The DUTCH test is a comprehensive at-home hormone panel that measures your sex hormones, cortisol patterns, androgen levels, and how your body processes estrogen. Standard blood work misses most of this. The DUTCH test is how we're able to identify what's actually driving your PCOS — rather than guessing based on symptoms alone. You collect at home and mail it back. Results come back within days of the lab receiving your sample.
Not at all. GLP-1 medication is one tool your provider might recommend — it's not the default and it's not required. Some Meadow members never take it. Your plan is built from your lab results, your symptoms, and your goals. The medication conversation only happens if your clinical picture points that way. We never prescribe before reviewing your labs.
Your Meadow membership covers all clinical services — provider visits, care plan, ongoing support, and provider messaging. Lab testing (DUTCH test ~$499 and blood panel ~$400) is billed separately directly to you at cost. GLP-1 medication, if prescribed, is filled through your pharmacy — many patients pay $25/month with insurance or $199–349/month self-pay through NovoCare. No — Meadow is direct pay for our membership and clinical services. We don't bill insurance. Lab costs may be partially covered by your insurer. GLP-1 medication may be covered by commercial insurance, bringing your copay as low as $25/month with a savings card.
