🌿 Preparing for our next chapter  ·  Enrollment is not yet open

Questions, answered clearly.

Straightforward answers about where Meadow is today and how the planned six-month program will work.

Getting started

Meadow is preparing a six-month, self-pay PCOS/PMOS and metabolic health care program for adult women. Founded by Alivia Parrish, Meadow’s mission is to help women feel heard, understand their health, and take an active part in their care. Enrollment is not yet open.
Not yet. We are preparing our clinical team and care operations. Appointments for new patients and payments are not open. You can join our waitlist for launch and enrollment updates; no questionnaire is required. If you like, you can also take our short questionnaire to find out whether Meadow may be right for you.
Meadow serves adults in Oregon and Washington, and care will be 100% online. You must be physically located in Oregon or Washington at the time of every telehealth appointment. Enrollment is not yet open.

Your care

When enrollment opens, clinical care will be provided by appropriately qualified nurse practitioners licensed for the locations Meadow serves. Alivia is Meadow’s founder, not your treating provider. Testing and treatment decisions will belong to the treating clinician.
The planned structure includes five core visits: an initial consultation, results and care-plan review, two follow-ups, and a comprehensive reassessment. Final clinical scope, visit timing, and between-visit communication policies will be confirmed before enrollment. See the care journey →
No universal panel, specialty test, or monitoring device is promised or required for everyone. Testing recommendations will depend on individual clinical evaluation. Costs will be explained before you authorize them.
No particular treatment or prescription is guaranteed or required for everyone. Medication decisions, including whether to consider a GLP-1 medication, will depend on an individual assessment by the treating clinician.

Costs & policies

The planned six-month program is $7,200 paid in full, or $7,900 total through a payment plan: $1,400 upfront plus five monthly payments of $1,300. Both options provide the same care. Enrollment is closed and no payment is being collected. See pricing and the payment schedule →
Laboratory and specialty testing, medications, supplements, monitoring devices, and other third-party services are not included unless expressly stated in the final program agreement. There is no testing allowance. See Testing With a Purpose for tests and tools your clinician may recommend; costs are confirmed before purchase.
The planned program is self-pay. Any potential insurance coverage for separate third-party services should be checked directly with your insurer; reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Final payment, cancellation, and refund terms will be supplied before enrollment. The prices on this page describe a six-month program, not a month-to-month membership. No payment is being collected now. See our Terms of Service.
